What we require

Every contractor in the RoofQuoteHQ network must meet, on an ongoing basis:

  1. Active state contractor registration (in Oklahoma: current CIB registration with the Construction Industries Board)
  2. Minimum 5 years in business under current ownership
  3. General liability insurance with $1M minimum per-occurrence coverage
  4. Workers' compensation insurance for all employees
  5. Minimum 4.5★ average rating across Google and BBB combined
  6. No active legal complaints or unresolved BBB cases

How the process works

  1. You apply. Fill out the form below (3–5 minutes). All fields verified during review.
  2. We review. Within 3 business days: CIB registration check, GL insurance verification, online reputation review, BBB check.
  3. 20-minute onboarding call. If approved, we walk you through how leads are delivered (email + SMS with full homeowner details), exclusivity terms, the 24-hour first-contact SLA, and the per-match referral fee.
  4. You sign the contractor agreement and we add you to the active list for your service area.
  5. Leads start flowing. You handle the inspection, quote, and close like any other job. We track outcomes for quality control.
Worth knowing: we work with one active contractor per service area at a time. If we already have an active partner in your exact area, we'll add you to a secondary list or open a waitlist for an adjacent service area.

What does it cost to join the network?
No upfront cost, no monthly fee. You pay a referral fee only when we match you with a real, qualified homeowner lead. Pricing is discussed during onboarding once your application is approved.

We review every application within 3 business days. If you meet the criteria, we'll schedule a 20-minute call to walk through how leads are delivered, exclusivity terms, and pricing. Total time from application to first lead is typically 1–2 weeks.

Oklahoma City metro is the active launch market. Expansion order: Tulsa, Wichita, Colorado Springs, Birmingham, Nashville, Indianapolis. If you operate in a future market, apply anyway — we maintain a waitlist for adjacent service areas.
