A homeowner submits a quote request. We match them with one vetted local roofer — selected based on service area, project type, and capacity. The roofer pays us a small referral fee only when a real homeowner request comes through. Homeowners pay nothing, ever.
Why this works: contractors get exclusive leads and don't waste time bidding against four other companies. Homeowners get a single qualified contact, not a phone-call avalanche. We get paid for delivering value — not for selling the same lead five times.
